With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience and 7+ years in compliance, training, and consulting, Mitzi brings expertise in real estate, advocacy, and business development, shaped by a trauma-informed, holistic approach. She is also expanding her credentials as a Business Coach, Art of Listening Trainer, and Plant-Infused Yoga Instructor, while drawing on insights from cultural healing studies with Dr. Joy DeGruy.

As the Good Neighbor Plan Compliance Consultant for the City of Detroit, Mitzi ensures licensees meet social equity commitments, fostering accountability and reinvestment. Through workshops, consulting, and program design, she remains dedicated to helping Black and Brown entrepreneurs get legit, stay sane, and scale to freedom.
